Senior Residential Conveyancing Lawyer | Hybrid Role

First American is seeking a Team Lawyer in Leeds to provide technical legal support to residential conveyancing teams. You will handle leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership title checks, deeds of variation, and lease extensions, while advising lenders on equity release and repossession sales.

You will liaise with Managers to prioritise urgent files, audit work, and identify process improvements, leveraging 5+ years in conveyancing.
