As Staff Restaurant Head Chef, you will lead the culinary operation of the Associate Restaurant, creating nutritious, engaging and high-quality dining experiences that support the wellbeing and satisfaction of our associates. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, you will oversee menu planning, food production, team development, and operational excellence, ensuring the Staff Restaurant consistently reflects Rosewood’s commitment to care, innovation, and Relationship Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Staff Restaurant culinary operation, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, variety, and service for associates.
  • Create and deliver seasonal, nutritious, and engaging menus while managing food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop the culinary team through hands-on leadership, training, and performance development.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and brand compliance.
  • Collaborate with Culinary leadership and hotel departments to continuously enhance the associate dining experience.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and innovative kitchen culture that reflects Rosewood’s values and Relationship Hospitality.
