Senior Employee Communications & Engagement Manager (Hybrid)

Salary Finance is seeking a senior communications professional to lead Employer Communications and Engagement during maternity leave. You will own end-to-end launch communications for enterprise clients and drive B2C email campaigns while ensuring regulatory compliance and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with Sales, Implementation and Client Success, manage complex campaigns, and represent governance standards across Product, Design and Compliance.
