Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Civils (4D Onsite / 1 WFH)

Freelance Quantity Surveyor required in Holywell within Civils sector. The role is Outside IR35 with a day rate of £400–£420. Working pattern is 4 days on site and 1 day WFH, with an anticipated duration of around 2 years on site and a project value of £40–50 million remaining.

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage cost planning, procurement and contract administration across civils and infrastructure packages due to commence in 9–12 months.
