Revenue Operations Lead: CRM, Forecasting & Data Quality

Jodie Inc. is building a shared, reliable view of the business for its commercial teams from acquisition through retention.

You will join our London team and own CRM structure, lifecycle definitions and data quality, while building dashboards across pipeline, conversion, retention and revenue. You will partner with finance and sales on forecasting and commission reporting, and you will improve routing, handovers and automation without adding daily work.
