Senior Operations Leader — Domestic Abuse Strategy

RISE Mutual CIC is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the DRIVE project across London and Northamptonshire. You will lead service managers and team leaders, ensuring high-quality delivery and governance.

As an ambassador for RISE, you will develop external partnerships, drive performance across sites, manage budgets and data-informed improvements, and report to the Director of Operations to achieve strategic objectives.
