Infectious Diseases Specialist Pharmacist – HIV & ID Care

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a pharmacist to join the Pharmacy team delivering services to the Specialist Medicine Directorate.

The post-holder will be an active member of both the Pharmacy & Sterile Services Directorate and the HIV/ID and Sexual Health Clinical Service Units (CSU), to ensure continuous two-way exchange of information and maintain high standards of medicines use within the Directorate.
