Founding Talent Partner — Build a World‑Class Hiring Engine

Saturnos.com, a London fintech valued at $15M Series A, seeks the Founding Talent Partner to own end-to-end hiring across engineering, product and operations. You will build the talent function from scratch and design interview architecture to scale a high-density team alongside the founders.

You will shape recruiting strategy, partner with founders on headcount planning, and create data-driven processes and scorecards to sustain a high talent bar as the company routes towards $500bn in assets.
