Finance Leader for AI-Driven Energy Tech (London)

Harmonic Finance is seeking a Head of Finance for a London-based, hybrid role. You will own the commercial finance engine, building processes from scratch and driving AI-enabled automation across forecasting, collections, and reporting.

You will report to the CEO, lead FP&A and month-end close, and work closely with the trading desk to ensure cashflow visibility and accurate P&L forecasting, with a clear path to Finance Director in about 18 months. Equity is part of the package.
