Head of Customer Experience & Remediation

ECR Global seeks a Head of Customer Remediation in Edinburgh to lead two teams focused on remediation, risk events and complaints. You will diagnose cross-functional problems, set priorities and drive tactical fixes while designing a durable operating model for the next 12–24 months.

The role requires a strong background in controls or risk within a regulated environment, with an ability to turn around aging operations and manage senior stakeholders.
