Engineering Director: EV & Multi-Site Depot Leader

Stagecoach is seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead the Midlands region’s engineering operations and a 5-depot network with 350+ vehicles. You will drive safe, reliable fleets, oversee depot facilities and champion continuous improvement across teams.

You’ll report to the Managing Director, lead the EV transition, ensure compliance, manage budgets and KPIs, and partner with stakeholders to keep communities moving.
