Social Worker – Independent Living & Community Care

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Social Worker to join the Older People and Physical Disabilities (Community neighbourhood) team. You will help adults live well, safely and independently in their own homes and communities, using a strengths-based approach with people, carers and partners to understand what matters most.
