Part-Time Front Desk & Patient Support

The Abbey invites applications for a permanent part-time Patient Support Advisor at Abbey House Medical Practice. You will manage reception duties and telephone triage for our patients, while supporting scanning, prescription processing and patient registrations.

A team-based, patient-focused role with training provided. The position requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy practice across two sites.
