Tiffin School in Kingston-upon-Thames is seeking a Safeguarding and Pastoral Support Officer to work 36 hours per week during term time. You will work with the DSL, Safeguarding Manager and DDSLs to protect students and deliver targeted safety plans, risk assessments and multi-agency referrals.
The role focuses on pastoral care, student welfare, and promoting inclusion. You will act as a bridge between students, families and staff, help ensure attendance and wellbeing, and uphold data protection
