Equans seeks a Mobile General Maintenance Operative to join the HMCTS contract in Kingston upon Hull. The role is permanent and full-time, with a 40-hour week and a competitive benefits package.
You’ll perform planned and reactive maintenance on fabric and limited engineering assets, ensuring safety and adherence to KPI/SLA standards. You will inspect, repair and maintain floors, walls, ceilings, doors and fixtures, undertake painting, plantroom tasks, and assist engineers on site.
