Maltings Production Operator | 4-on/4-off Shifts

Richardson International is recruiting a Production Operator for the Crisp Malt, Great Ryburgh site. The role supports the production team across malt processing steps with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, alternating days and nights (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00).

You will follow recipes, monitor quality and work with maintenance to minimise downtime. Responsibilities include safety, equipment operation, sampling, hygiene and documentation.
