What you’ll be doing

• Representing a charity professionally and positively
• Engaging with members of the public face-to-face
• Explaining the charity’s work and fundraising campaign
• Answering questions accurately and professionally
• Encouraging eligible members of the public to become regular supporters
• Completing sign-ups accurately
• Working towards individual performance targets Confident and approachable
• Comfortable speaking to new people
• Motivated by performance-based earnings
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Professional and positive attitude
• Previous customer service, hospitality or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential Performance based earnings – Earning around £500 – £1000 with opportunities to increase your earnings as you develop
• Social Nights – having a fun and building relationships with others workers
• Company Work Trips – Opportunities to travel across the World with work and build skills and relationships.
