Lead Gardener — Historic Garden Team & Training

National Trust seeks a Senior Gardener at Packwood House to lead a team of gardeners and volunteers, sustaining a historic seven-acre garden with a focus on plant collections and seasonal colour. You will coach staff, manage workloads, and explain the garden’s story to visitors.
