Care Home Catering Lead – Flexible Shifts

WCS Care is seeking a dedicated kitchen professional to prepare and cook meals that meet residents’ needs, while ensuring nutrition, taste, and presentation. You will support the Home Manager in staff performance and budget management, and uphold food safety standards across the home.

Role involves planning varied menus, monitoring stock, and providing safe snacks. Training, meetings, and continual development are part of the role, with a focus on quality service and resident satisfaction.
