Learning Continuity Lead – Cover & Support

Telford College is seeking a committed Cover Supervisor to support high-quality teaching across the college. You will cover lessons in the absence of lecturing staff, prepare content when needed, and maintain a productive classroom environment while supporting learners’ attendance and attainment.

The role involves 38 weeks per year, with responsibilities spanning marking, progress reviews and safeguarding. Relevant Level 2 Maths/English and a teaching qualification (or commitment) are required
