Reception SEN Teaching Assistant – Early Years Support

Willand School is seeking a SEN teaching assistant to support a pupil in Reception. The role will involve accompanying the pupil as they progress through the school, provided funding remains available.

Ideal candidates will have a genuine aptitude for working with children, experience with SEN pupils and a commitment to high standards of pupil behaviour, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
