HGV Class 1 Drivers – Want Regular Day Work in Stoke?
Drivers Today are looking for HGV Class 1 / C+E Driversfor regular day work in Stoke-on-Trent.

We have immediate starts availablefor experienced Class 1 drivers.
The Work
This is varied HGV Class 1 general haulagework, so you’re not necessarily doing exactly the same run every day.
Typical duties can include:
- General haulage
- Trunking
- RDC deliveries and collections
- Curtain-sided trailers
- Palletised loads
- Local, regional and longer-distance runs
- Completing delivery paperwork
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
Day shifts only, predominantly working Monday to Friday.
Pay & Hours
£19.00 per hour PAYE including holiday pay

What We’re Looking For
You’ll need a:
- HGV Class 1 / Category C+E licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and Working Time rules
- Professional and reliable approach
- Previous Class 1 general haulage experience preferred
We’re particularly interested in drivers who want to become regular faces on the contract, rather than simply picking up an occasional shift.
