Store Team Leader & Key Holder

Guess is seeking a Key Holder in the United Kingdom (York area) to drive profitability, coach store staff, and uphold store standards on the selling floor and in the stockroom. You will lead by example, meet KPI targets, and ensure a welcoming, well-merchandised environment for customers.

You will also open and close the store as needed, travel to other locations when required, participate in store meetings, and maintain product knowledge while delivering exceptional customer service every day.
