I’m working with a highly established specialist recruitment business that has built a strong reputation across Robotics, AI and emerging technology.
They’re now looking for an experienced Software Development Recruiter to take a leadership role within their Robotics division, covering the European market.
You’ll inherit two existing consultants, established clients and a genuinely warm desk — so this is about providing leadership, developing the team and growing an already established market presence, rather than starting from scratch.
The opportunity
- £50k–£70k base + commission + team override
- Manchester-based, hybrid working

- Opportunity to shape the direction and growth of the division
- Open to Team Lead, Manager, Senior Manager or Director-level candidates
What our Client is looking for
You’ll need a strong background in Software Development recruitment, ideally with experience in Robotics, AI, Deep Tech or another specialist technology market.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys developing people, building client relationships and growing a specialist recruitment business.
You don’t necessarily need to be an established Director — a high-performing Senior Consultant or Team Lead ready for their next step could be equally interesting.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of an established European Robotics market, with the support, clients and infrastructure already in place.
