As a
Customer & Sales Support Administrator , you’ll play a key role in supporting our advisers and ensuring our office processes run efficiently.This is a varied and fast-paced role where
accuracy, communication and teamwork
are essential.What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing data and processing documentation with accuracy and efficiency• Quality checking applications to ensure smooth progression• Liaising with insurers and internal teams to resolve queries• Handling customer service tasks, including updating records and processing policy documentation• Maintaining spreadsheets and data logs with up-to-date, precise informationWhat We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous insurance experience, full training is provided. However, you will need:• Experience in administration or office support• Confidence using Outlook, Word, Excel and other office tools• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• A positive, adaptable and team-focused attitude• The ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressureWhat We Offer
