n We’re looking for a warehouse team manager to join our team in the Newhouse depot. n
n
n n n
n
n You’ll be responsible for a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, making sure that all products are picked and packed in a safe and secure manner. We’ll look for you to engage with your team; leading and coaching them to deliver better results week on week, along with making sure that they adhere to working standards, policies and procedures. n

n • manage a sizeable team of warehouse operatives n

n • inspire, engage and coach your team to be highly efficient n
n
n • work towards tight deadlines and critical measuresn
n
n • develop and build positive relationships with various internal business partnersn
n
n • drive warehouse standards, procedures and policies- particularly health and safetyn
n
n • analyse performance data n
n
n • identify areas to improve process within your team and the warehouse operations n
n
n • plan and organise the delivery of own and your teams work loadn
n
n n n
n
n What you'll bringn
n

n
n • previously managed a sizeable team, preferably from a logistics or FMCG backgroundn
n
n • the ability to work at pace and accuracyn
n
n • a great track record of reaching and exceeding critical performance measures n
n
n • an understanding and great knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures n
n
n • great planning skills and able to organise your own and teams workload n
n
n • an understanding of how poor service can impact stores and customers n
n
n • strong and confident communication skillsn
n
n • excellent IT skillsn
n
n
