Remote Data & AI Support Engineer

Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking a Middle Data and AI Support Engineer for a full-time role in Mexico. You will provide production support for data pipelines, monitor Airflow DAGs, SnapLogic pipelines, and Databricks jobs, and troubleshoot data issues within defined SLAs.

You will work with a global team, document investigations, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and coordinate with resolver groups. Strong SQL, cloud data platform experience (Databricks/Snowflake/Redshift) and ITIL-based processes
