EMEA Corporate Governance Leader

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Corporate – Legal – Office of the Secretary – Vice President within its Legal function to support governance and company secretarial services for EMEA subsidiaries.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, provide governance advice to boards, and lead on communications with board directors across EMEA. You will collaborate with the OTS team to drive governance standards and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, policies, and strategic objectives.
