An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and function within a busy manufacturing environment.
You will be responsible for plant engineering, team leadership and capital project delivery.
As the Engineering Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop the Engineering team.
- Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programmes.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement activity.
- Manage engineering budgets, contractors and spare parts.
- Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, PLC, SCADA and automation systems.
- Deliver engineering and capital projects from scope through to commissioning.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Several years of experience in a senior maintenance or engineering role within manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical engineering knowledge with electrical and automation experience.
- Proven experience managing teams, budgets, contractors and capital projects.
