360 Care Group is seeking a proactive Candidate Consultant on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our recruitment team in London. You will source, screen and onboard care professionals, managing pipelines across CAMHS, adult supported living and complex care services.

You will ensure compliance, training and safer recruitment standards, maintain candidate engagement, and meet KPIs across onboarding, clearance and conversions, while delivering a positive candidate experience.
