Multi-Site Food Hygiene Operations Leader

Mitie is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Food Hygiene to lead hygiene operations across two major food manufacturing facilities in Harlesden and Leicester. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering safe, compliant and efficient site operations.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage site management teams and frontline colleagues, lead audit readiness for BRC and customer standards, and report performance to senior stakeholders.
