First Line Support Specialist – 1link & Auto Fleet

Corpay is hiring a First Line Support agent for our Meriden office to be the first point of contact for 1link users, drivers and service centres. You will respond to telephone, web chat and email enquiries, resolve routine issues and log each interaction in the CRM with clear, professional notes.

You should bring solid customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
