Service Operations Manager

Bellrock Group is seeking a Service Coordinator in Peterlee to support the day-to-day operation of the Service function. You will coordinate workloads, resources, and customer requirements, acting as a link between Service, Projects, Finance, and customers to maintain operational continuity.

You will manage service rotas, respond to queries, support contract administration, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth billing and project handovers.
