RAC is seeking a Fleet VOR Specialist to take ownership of off-road vehicles, coordinating repairs and alternative travel options to minimise downtime. You will be the central point of contact for VOR cases, liaising with repair networks, fleet partners and internal teams.
You will drive proactive updates, efficient issue resolution, and strong customer communication while maintaining accurate case records and consistent service quality.
