Education Sector Consultancy seeks a Principal/Senior Building Surveyor to lead the Projects Team. You will own and deliver projects end-to-end, lead a team of surveyors, and contribute to firm strategy and growth. MRICS/MCIOB/MCIAT or equivalent is required, with 5+ years post-qualification experience.

Role involves client relationship management, budgeting, and oversight of Building Regulations and CDM compliance. Flexible working with site visits across the region is available.
