Strategic Resource Planner for Change & Delivery

Unum UK is seeking a Resource Planning Manager to optimise resource allocation and forecasting across a complex change portfolio. You will coordinate with Programme Managers, Delivery Managers and executives to balance demand with capacity.

The role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder influence and a track record in transformation or PMO environments. Hybrid work with on-site support is available in the UK.
