Nightshift Store Lead Manager – Replenishment & Team Growth

Sainsbury’s in the United Kingdom is looking for a lead nightshift manager to lead a small team of managers overnight, ensuring replenishment and a strong start for customers the next morning. You will plan for key trading events and collaborate with the store leadership team to deliver exceptional performance.

You will manage people, health and safety, and drive KPI improvements, with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary for night shifts (typically 22:00–08:00).
