Facilities & AV Coordinator – London HQ

Fremantle is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to join the London HQ team at 1 Stephen Street. You will manage day-to-day facilities delivery, helpdesk operations, access control, and AV systems across the site, coordinating with IT and operations to keep services within budget.

The role also covers on-site event support, incident escalation, RAMS compliance, and first-aid/fire warden duties as part of a busy, dynamic team in a creative media environment.
