People Data & Insights Analyst

UKRN is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to produce people analytics, dashboards and insights that inform workforce decisions.

You will collaborate with HR and IT teams, use Excel and Workday reporting to extract, check and present data, ensure data quality, and translate complex analytics into clear summaries for senior leaders. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication with non-technical audiences, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement of reporting processes.
