Facilities Manager | Site Safety, Compliance & Maintenance

Berry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a busy site in Knaresborough (HG5). The role is a 3-month contract with potential extension, Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm. Start date as soon as possible.

You will manage day-to-day facilities operations, coordinate maintenance, and oversee service contracts. Requirements include FM/Building Services experience, contractor management, Health & Safety knowledge, strong organisation, and good MS Office/CMMS skills.
