Contract Manager

A leading architectural staircase/metalwork specialist is currently looking for a permanent Contracts Manager in London. The successful candidate will oversee 4-5 staircase installation

sites at any one time and lead a team of Site Managers and Project Managers.

Location:

City of London, Central London

Package / Benefits:

£5,000 car/travel allowance

Working Pattern:

3 days per week in the City of London office, 2 days working from home

Duties:

• Managing 4-5 staircase installation sites at any one time
• Leading and managing a team of 4-5 Site Managers and Project Managers
• Overseeing installation across multiple live projects at once

Requirements:

• A background in architectural or structural metalwork (Essential)
• Experience managing multiple sites at the same time
• Experience managing Site Managers and/or Project Managers
• Experience in staircase installation (Desirable)
