Business Development Exec | Uncapped Commission & OTE

PHMG is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth across the UK and US markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and collaborate with the Sales and Music Production teams to tailor compelling demos.

We offer a £30,000 base salary, rising to £35,000 after 3 months when targets are hit, plus quarterly pay raises and uncapped commissions. Top performers can reach £100,000+ with monthly and weekly incentives and profit sharing via the EOT.
