Regional Final Mile Resource & Driver Recruitment Lead

Evri is seeking a Final Mile Resource Manager (Fixed Term Contract) to recruit, onboard and engage self-employed Owner Drivers across our South Evri Premium region. This field-based role collaborates with depot managers and operations to ensure capacity, compliance and high service levels across the network.

You will develop regional recruitment plans, build pipelines, manage onboarding and drive retention initiatives while travelling regularly to support depots and drivers.
