Facilities Transition Manager (Construction to Operations)

Alutiiq, LLC seeks a skilled professional to support transition from construction to operations for the CSCP and MCS programs. You will assist the Project Director and FM, coordinate QA and CxA activities, and ensure delivery of manuals, training, and warranties.

You will interface with Facility Management LE staff and assets, manage inventory, and monitor contracts and training milestones to meet substantial completion.
