Store Team Leader – Drive Sales & Customer Experience

OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader to support managers, coach the team, and drive sales to meet store targets. You may work evenings and weekends as part of the shift pattern to ensure customers are served when needed.

You’ll motivate staff, lead from the front, and use strong product knowledge to guide customers while owning and resolving complaints professionally, contributing to a positive, inclusive store environment.
