Rail & Civil Quantity Surveyor (Tier 2) – Up to £60k

Advance TRS is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in the Greater London area. You will manage commercial aspects of rail and civil packages, oversee subcontractor accounts and valuations, and support variations and final accounts on major infrastructure works.

The role emphasizes NEC contract knowledge, subcontract management, cost reporting and stakeholder liaison with Project Managers and engineers to drive commercial success.
