Senior Project Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment

Lewisham is seeking a Project Manager for social housing refurbishment in Lewisham, London. You will lead a team on multiple refurbishments, manage surveys, scopes of work and contractor appointments, with typical programmes of 6–7 weeks.

Overseeing around £10 million of work over three years, you will build relationships with Lewisham Council and ensure delivery targets are met while maintaining trackers for progress and costs.
