Leisure Centre Duty Manager – Lead Team & Drive Memberships

Places Leisure is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead a busy leisure centre. You’ll manage, recruit and train staff, handle member concerns, drive memberships, prepare reports and attend meetings, representing Places Leisure with professionalism.

A supervisory leisure-background and NPLQ qualification are preferred; you’ll be a confident leader with excellent customer service and first aid awareness, able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
