Banking Customer Experience Specialist

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor in Perth to join our Retail Banking team. The role involves being the friendly face and voice for customers, handling in-branch transactions and telephony inquiries, and helping customers with technology and services.

You’ll work 35 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, in a collaborative branch environment with opportunities to develop knowledge of Santander products and improve the customer experience.
