Quantity Surveyor – Commercial & Cost Control

Taylor Wimpey seeks a commercially minded professional to support procurement, commercial and contractual aspects of the Business Unit on our projects. You will interface with site teams, subcontractors, external suppliers and JV/Development partners to help deliver value.

Key duties include scheduling and quantifying materials and labour, monitoring costs, processing applications and payments, and contributing to budget preparation and CVR reporting.
